Lol Yup.
I saw that CCP didn't have a customer support service for EvE-Online. I wonder why. Just imagine all of the phone attack's they would receive just because a pilot lost their ship due to a disconnect or the system lagged out.
It would be funny to record the phone calls and then present them at FanFest as the "Angry Pilot Phone In Service."

I read that couple of months back actually and was smiling the whole time. It's really a shame that I read about how CCP is a great company and laugh now.
I'm not saying they are a terrible company (they have yet to become a full fledge money > everything company) but I don't try and defend attacks on them any more when engaging in debates with other MMO players. |
