Listening to the reports from fanfest it seems that transgaming and CCP are pleased with the way the mac app is running. I'm not.
I continue to get regular CTD when I jump. I'm curious if this is a problem for just a few of us or is more widespread. I'm asking for mac users to x up whenever they have a CTD when jumping.
Just an X.
This is not scientific it's just an attempt by me to see if I'm alone with this problem or if it's shared with others.
Please don't X up for other crashes, this is just for CTD when jumping.

My client has been unstable until this weekend when I cleared cache and unchecked multithread, however I still system freeze and have to hard reboot when jumping into a populated system. At this time I don't know if it is random or I can recreate the freeze and crash, it seems that it occurs in higher population systems.
For the first time in a few weeks I had 5+ hours of stability, but we used cyno not gates, perhaps that is the work around! |

There are so many of these topics and I bet none of you tried to adjust your own computer settings, cleaned your computer, cleared out your catches, or anything of that sort. I had this problem and as soon as I cleaned out my catches the problem went away. |

had alot of this. both the CTD - which happens alot.
and the even more annoying freeze completely.
with this patch - am installing one copy with clean preferences folder - which i can switch to and from TQ. ...
and one copy with old pref folder.
I wonder if completely fresh pref will make a difference.

I don't get a CTD. But occasionally the game will completely spaz out on me when doing any sort of session change. REALLY annoying tbh, a week ago I jumped into a gate camped by wartargets. I was in a recon so no drama, but my game froze for literally 2 minutes. Obviously I knew this was longer than my cloak would last and just fingers crossed that it had dc'd me without agro. Luckily I booted back up and it warped me back to the gate but I cloaked on the way. That could have been a disappointing petition waiting to happen...  Originally by: Queen Koecoe
