KotMC Masquerade – Sunday March 20th
Friends, family, enemies, and strangers,
Join Knighthood of the Merciful Crown tomorrow evening for our one year anniversary celebration. The Knighthood will be putting on a dinner and ball at 21:00 Sunday, ending 03:00 Monday morning. The dinner is optional and will be before the ball. The portions may be small for some, so if you must, eat before. There will be hors d'oeuvres served during the ball as well as drinks. The ball is a masquerade, so please bring your masks and dress to impress!
Keep in mind that all attendants are still required to go through the mandatory security checkpoints before entering the Keep’s facilities and are expected to treat all guests courteously. We reserve the right to remove unruly guests, and have increased security for the weekend. Saboteurs are not to be taken lightly.

KotMC and Allies T1 Frigate/Destroyer Tournament – Saturday, March 19th to Friday, March 25th.
KotMC is hosting a tournament beginning today that is open to all friends and allies of KotMC, as well as all KotMC pilots. The tournament is a challenge to see who can tally the most victories among the contestants before Friday. Winners will be announced this following Saturday, and receive a 100 million ISK cash prize.
Rules:
*
Contestants must declare their will to participate in this thread, where you can also see an updated list of contestants and the results of fights at the end of the day.
*Fights are to be attended by at least one KotMC spectator and occur in a hi-sec system at a safe-spot.
*The contestants will warp to the KotMC member at their chosen range, drop a cargo container at their warp-in, and move to the challenger’s cargo-container. Once they both have reached the others can, they both must steal the cargo and fighting can begin once both are flagged.
*All contestants are allowed to challenge every competitor twice; each competitor is able to decline one of their matches from that specific challenger (This is to prevent people from picking on those they see as weak for extra points and to make it more difficult for the best pilots to gain too large of a lead).
*Contestants must fight in ships of the same class as their challengers. No frigate vs. destroyer matches.
*Ships are allowed T2 fittings and rigs, but must not have any faction mods, and definitely no faction ships (Ammo is okay).
*ECM modules/drones are fine.
*Warping off from the battlefield will result in disqualification. (Tackle is only necessary to web, and maybe scramble)

Brief History -
On February 5th, YC 112, Aldrith Shutaq and Shalee Lianne, both formerly of PIE inc., decided to found a different type of loyalist organization, allowing pilots from all walks of life to commit themselves to the betterment of the Empire. Starting as a small and unknown organization, the Knighthood grew over this past year to nearly fifty members and has climbed to number 10 all time top-killers of the Amarrian militia.
While still comparatively young, the Knighthood has seen itself through much turmoil with several war-declarations declared by both external and internal enemies. The Knighthood has thus far successfully warded off most of its attackers, and continues to fight other enemies of the Empire beyond the CONCORD-sanctioned war-zones. We are very thankful for having the chance to serve the Empire for another year, and look forward to many more challenges and triumphs.
Look forward to seeing all who can come at the masquerade and hope to see many tech-one frigates explode this week! God bless, and take care.
(Edit: Fixed typo as to dates of ball.)
