Omg, no. Drop the passive stuff!

If you really must use an NH (and not a lot more cheap Drake that has almsot teh same perfromance) buffer fit it, and fit an MWD.

:
4x BCU
1x DC

1x MDW
1x LSE
1x Invul
1x Photon
1x WD/Invul

6x HM
1x Small Neut

2x CDFE

5x Warriors

This is obvisouly with no gank link. To make yor fleet happy make the same setup, but add one RCU and a gang link instead of the neut.

No prop mod.
Passive tank.

Don't.

Personally, I dislike Caldari ships, but if I were to fly a NH I'd do it a bit more like this:

[Nighthawk, Nighthawk]
Ballistic Control System II
Ballistic Control System II
Ballistic Control System II
Power Diagnostic System II
Damage Control II

Y-T8 Overcharged Hydrocarbon I Microwarpdrive
Photon Scattering Field II
Invulnerability Field II
Large Shield Extender II

In a small gang a point is always useful, unless your small gang is actually not a small gang after all, or unless you are only ganking noobs and in those cases it doesn't really matter how you fit your ships.
MWD is a must, a command ship is a huge target and with out mobility you will explode
Get rid of all the passive recharge stuff, it doesn't work in pvp
Best idea though is to buy some frigs and start there, judging by this fit you haven't pvped before, so it is very unwise to use your mission ship as a pvp boat, or at least downgrade to a drake (seriously start with a frig)

Command ships can be a lot of fun to pvp with, however if you don't know what you are doing it's just going to be an pricey loss mail

Disclaimer: This is based on my lowsec experience, could be different for 0.0/highsec, but i highly doubt it

Don't worry about being cap stable, it's a myth that ships need to be for pvp

I'm not new to pvp (although I'm not very good) but I enjoy it a lot. I normally fly minmatar turret based ships in pvp.

This is my first caldari pvp-ship. It will be used mostly in highsec wars. ( not on stations ) I was wondering why I need the speed.

This missiles have a huge range and I don't have a point so I don't need to be close to the target...

Edit for spelling

Well - In empire you have different rules... I guess you're just shooting noobs as mentioned above.

You don't need a MWD in empire - But I would recommend it for various reasons:
1/ If you crossjump a target you can get back to gate fast
2/ If you have enemies jumping into your system you can get at range fast
3/ Chasing enemies are sometimes necesary
4/ If you get tackled by a battleship the MWD can save your ship

I assumed you were new to pvp because you asked how a mission fit ship would do in pvp, usually thats a very good indicator that the person is new to pvp.

If you are not going to be on gates and stations then you are a sitting duck without a MWD, and have no chance of escape when things go bad (and they will, sooner or later)

No MWD also means that you won't be able to catch anything that trys to run.

With out a point how do you expect to hold onto multiple targets, or catch something that burns out of someones point range, what happens when your tackle gets popped, are you just going to warp off and give up.

There are plenty other reasons why you should fit a MWD and at least a point

Also you asked about small gang PVP, not snipers, if you want a sniper ship then forget what I said

Again it could be different in highsec

Well, it's been a while since I pewpew'd in a nighthawk (or at all, for that matter). But I would drop a PDU for a DC II, as I think it would heighten your effective HP by quite a bit. Also, you can't really pvp in a nighthawk without any propulsion modules, preferably a MWD.

And what's your obsession with unnecessary fitting mods? If you need two PDS for PG because of skills, then use a RCU and DC. If not, then fit a DC and another BCS.
