Main key point skills are cyno 5 most leadership including wing command 5 , you will recieve a full set of HG jackal and a skirmish warfare mindlink , which brings me to the next point - the char uses an unscanable command loki giving rather large bonses to your fleet(in game trade), and good probing skills for those comabt warp points, planetary skills also market trained with prowler check eveboard link top of page 0.0 sec stat neutral wallet |

i think 4 bill is basic price but this is a unique toon so i know its worth more plus i'll trade u the loki that goes with it in game and the jackals wernt cheap, then its aprrox 650 mill (2 plex) to transfer the toon |

6/7 bil is way too high for an 18 mil sp toon, even to include the implants and loki. I'm willing to go slightly higher than my 4 bil offer. If you are interested, convo me in-game and we can work something out. |
