blankseplocked low-grade Virtue omega ?

is it really worth getting ... i made a basic scan fit in EVEHQ and used the whole virtue set and it boosted my scan strength a ton but when i went to see the "audit" for the scan probes all the low-grade virtues were listed but the Omega.
i then took the Omega out of the pilot manager section and then looked at the audit again for the probes it was the same

so is it pointless ?

Primary Effect: 25% bonus to the strength of all Virtue implant secondary effects

Its not a huge bonus. You can get away with fitting something else in the 6th slot (unlike snakes which have 200% bonus from omega so are mandatory).
