I know it's been discussed a million times.. but can I make a contract, pick it up myself or cancle it and move the container (rigged/assembled ships) in a Charon?

I saw the workaround was to make a courier mission, just don't know if it works for moving stuff by yourself.

The way I do it is to make the courier contract for myself and accept it on behalf of my corp, it then appears in Deliveries. You just open that window, grab the crate and put it into the freighter and deliver it as normal.

Not sure when you intend to start flying your freighter, but I would be aware that Hulkageddon begins soon and you may well become a target, especially if you're AFKing, which is the standard with freighters since they're reeeeeally slow to align and warp.

Check Crime and Punishment, the details of the Hulkageddon event are there for all to see.
