So CCP are going to payout for those who completed the Kagol incursions but those of us who completed HQ's in the gallentee incursion prior to that and got fck all including no logged info on the completion, are getting fck all for the meticiluous hours spent doing them even though we ALL provided information including the times & dates of completion and SCREENSHOTS TO PROVE IT.

Yeah of course 11 hours+ stints of 3 days waiting for the fleet hook ups and then getting into a decent fleet with another 2 hours worth of actual HQ bashing for what ?
Regardless of the "entertainment value" aspect of incursions and the associated headaches the service I have received for participating was a sham. Why should some people get benefits and rewards and other not at all ?
I cant believe I'm letting myself get wound up over this, I guess i'm f--king gutted for waisting 3 days of my life on incursion.
I'll go and play with PI for a while, that's fun and rewarding.

If something didn't work right CCP should fix it and make good on rewards that are due.
It's not the players fault things didn't work right it's CCPs fault. Thats why there is a test server.
Code should have been production ready when moved to the production server.
I don't pay money so I can be a bug tester. If someone wants to pay me to test for bugs thats
another story.
It doesn't matter whether it was fun or not. Nor does it matter whether I need the money or LP.
It's a matter of CCP doing the right thing and giving payment and rewards where they are due no
matter how difficult it is for them. Sure the easy thing to do is to simply ignore the problem and say
they can't or won't do it but it's not the right thing to do.
I won't settle for anything less nor should anyone else. |

I get this brilliant idea that could revolutionize the world of gaming.
Everyone these days want achievements and all sorts of awards. so they grind and grind and grind.
After doing so much work and effort to feel like you accomplished some great in your life, you expect to have better rewards as you go on deeper and deeper. Then, suddenly, something comes along. You find out there is no achievement points or whatever. It just ends. Your universe is shattered.
So my idea is WHY NOT JUST TRY HAVING FUN. |

Not sure how to multiquote on here so apologies, Yeah I agree but this is how tough HQ's are or were even with a top notch setup. It's also true I had a massive headache for two days after that Ranerier or w/e( gallente) incursion ended *tough times* and on that note its safe to say my real life JOB is easier :) Originally by: riddick 0

In the eyes of Alty McAltenstien? Personally I don't care, they will get it fixed. BTW, you sound like you know exactly what's going on at CCP. Have you ever tried to troubleshoot code? Especially net code?? Maybe you could show em how its done. Or better yet, jump in front of a bus. |
