I've submitted a petition about this, but haven't heard back for over a week. That's probably because of workload deploying Incursion. Thought I'd try here and see what ideas pop up.
Every time I've tried to log in over the past month I get "connection timeout - The client did not respond to the compatibility-handshake within a reasonable amount of time." I've ran the telnet test, pingplotter, wireshark and submitted a DirectX report. From the responses I got these seem to be OK, though I stopped getting replies right after I submitted the wireshark report so I'm not sure how that looked.
I'd like to submit a bug report, but my security suit keeps warning me that the bug report site is potentially unsafe. If I can get assurances that it is safe I'll bypass that and submit one.
Has anyone else had this timeout problem? Any ideas what could be causing it? any input would be greatly appreciated as I'm missing out on all the Sansha related fun right now.
