As much as all us eveoholics love this beautiful game, CCP must remember that we pay hard cash money for the privilege.
Extended downtime is CCP's problem. You shouldn't keep us waiting, and in the circumstances when you do we should be offered something in return - Skill Points.
I have to admit since Incursions came out, its been ok. Lets not hope were going back to the old ways over extended dt's every other day.
CCP swallow your pride, acknowledge your CUSTOMERS, and provide reimbursement for lost gaming time! We want Skill Points for your ****-ups. |

CCP have in the past reimbursed skillpoints for unusually long delays, but I wouldn't hold your breath for anything from this. A few hours after a major patch is pretty much to be expected. |

You're not loosing SP though, since training continues regardless of extended downtime. So basicly you want something reimbursed that was never lost... |

We don't pay for skill points in this game, we pay to play the game. If anything, are playtime should be extended whenever there is an unexpected downtime. |

We all (should) know the only reason we got those skillpoints was to test assignable skillpoints for the learning skillpoints removal and most likely are paving the path for something micro transaction based.

They opened this can of worms by handing out SP during previous periods.
Id happily take a PLEX, SP seems more resonable though.
I just get annoyed with paying for a service that is sometimes denied. Yeah if the game was free fair enough, but it isnt, and when I want to log on, the game should be available. An hour DT each day we all accept, but when it runs over then thats not fair.
If SP isnt the answer then something should be. Pay for a service, get a service. Not pay for a service and sit there twiddling your thumbs beening forced to write crap on a board cos your ****ed off with waiting, no? |

Part of that service is for the product to be maintained. Your not forced to do anything, enjoy real life for an hour a day and four hours every other month. |

Personally, I'm not picky and if the extended downtime is manageable I won't cry. But this is where you're wrong, if your skill queue runs out and you can't set new skills then yes, you are losing SP. |

This one time I tried to log on but it wouldn't log on because server status was unknown and then I tried it some more but it still didn't let me log on so then I went and had some waffles with syrup and it was really yummy and then I remembered there was ice cream in the freezer and then I ate all the ice cream because strawberry chocolate mix is the bestest and then I got a tummy ache  and then I came back and turned on the computer and logged on to Eve and it logged me in and then I played it some more and felt better! |
