I started this pilot to be a 0.0 mining alt, but have decided to eliminate a few accounts. I do believe the current skills are sufficient for 0.0 mining with the proper fit. I picked up the skillbooks to fly an Orca as well, and pilot is 16 days from flying one.

Pilot has -.11 sec status (can fly anywhere)
Pilot has positive wallet.
Pilot is in NPC corp.
Pilot will come with a few skillbooks, but no major assets.
Pilot has remap currently available.
