I'm not trolling.
Sitting for long periods of time is a big problem worldwidw and it seriously needs to be looked at. It is very unhealthy to sit down all the time. I sometimes stand while I play eve or do the splitz position. Ive found the splitz position is a good one as it helps blood flow around your groin and legs well which results in me being more alert.
The unfortunate result of sitting too long is piles which are painful bumps around your anus area making it impossible to sit down. Other contributors to piles is lack of excersize and poor diet. ultimatley this will affect your attitude. Take a time out, go for a jog do some situps and pressups and some stretches, this will refresh your mind and body.
Buddy, people can be very mean at times, It sounds like you drew the line and people still decided to cross it which resulted in you kicking them out. You seem like a reasonable leader so my advice would be to build another alliance and get to know the guys before brining them into your setup. Go for a more mature type of member, it sounds like you employed a bunch of 10 and 11 year olds to be honest.
Good luck with stuff in an out of game buddy.
