25 is the age where everything starts to go downhill biologically. Cellular regeneration begins to lessen, causing the first signs of aging like wrinkles and whatnot, plus the metabolism starts to slow down, making it easier to gain weight. I was always of pretty 'average' weight but a couple years after that point i had to begin running everyday to keep the dreaded pounds off. |
