The last time I fought against Nation (last night). I saw something that struck me as odd, we were in a Sec Lvl .7 system and Citizen Astur deployed bombs against our forces. This in itself isn't odd except for the fact that the capsuleer forces rallied against Nation did not have the same option without CONCORD reaction. I have submitted a petition to CCP for an answer already, but was wondering if any of my peers (you guys) had any thoughts on the subject.

And the fact that they were using supercarriers in highsec didn't give it away already? CCP actors and their toons are exempt from certain rules, in order to make things more "exciting" I presume. |

Then teach them a lesson for there arrogance.
Take a tanked cruiser into the very heart of there Smart-Bomb then fire a friendly shot at a non corp mate. When Concord arrives to explain why that was a bad move they will be in the radius of the bomb.
The don't like being bombed, Carrier death will soon follow.

OP is somewhat ambiguous but "deployed bombs" does not sound like smartbombs. |

That is one thing that I am extremely annoyed of. NPC's should be required to follow the same rules as us. Adjust damage to be appropriate or whatever but if my missiles cant shoot that far or my beams cant go that far than neither should theirs. |

Well I don't suppose that an Incursion force is going to care about the rules any more than a home invader would care about the sanctity of a persons home. But those bombs explain what happened to my drones. Poor drones. Been through thick and thin with them I was, through more wormholes than most players have been in themselves. I raised them from when they were toasters.  |

They are evil rats, they do what they want, and concord is too scared to shoot at them. You are just one person and easily handled there for you get popped and they don't.
That and if the concord shot at all the rats there would be nothing left for you to do. |
