Since incursion 1.0.0, it seems that hitting reload on ships with energy weapons gets us that message...
It's really annoying, and it's not one that can be turned of by ticking a checkbox.

Of course I know my pulse lasers are loaded, but I still hit ctrl-r to reload that missile launcher next to them.

At least it seems that this message came with the option to reload when only one some crystals are missing inside a weapon group, it's really nice, until you reload something else and get that message.

Maybe you wanted that message to show in the notifications, which would be good, but it actually pops an info box right in the middle of the screen and it's really disrupting any attempt to fight.
