Prefer Maxed Learning Skills
No Stupid Names ( Numbers, No Spaces IE: MYnam3is Bob)
No Xtraining unless it is done tastefully with Caldari
Excellent Drone Skills
Solid Gunnery and Missile Skills
Thermodynamics, Cybernetics at V
Stealth Bombers, Recons, HACS at V
No Capital Ships skills (don't much care for em)
No wasted Skillpoints, no wasted training time.
Maxed Armor Tank
Limited Corp History if any.
Limited Killboard if any.

I realize you might have all the other requirements but missing one or 2 post your toon here and we will see if we can work with it.
I am basically looking for that ALT you have been stealth training for the last 2-3 years. I realize this character might be a needle in a haystack but if you think you got what it takes post it here.
