Same for me, except at first the repair wouldnt even run. Downloaded the repair tool fix from this board which would actually run atleast. Only difference is:

The patch generated an error and then helpfully offered to run the repair tool...

I had the same error. After the repair tool failed I wound up going to the manual patch link posted in this section of the forums. The manual download didn't work because it said my version was up to date.

I then launched the game and everything worked...wtf. No idea how it fixed itself but it did.

Thanks for pointing that out, tried the manual patch (which said I was up to date) game seems to be running ok.

So CCP is this just a duff error message or is there still an issue lurking underneath?
