Well, I guess it would do ok-ish for ratting, but if you want to do other types of PVE, it will probably suck.

This is what I use for missions against Blood raiders/Sansha:

[Dominix, missions]
1x Heavy Beam Laser II (Multifrequency L)
2x Small Tractor Beam I
2x Salvager I
1x Drone Link Augmentor

3x Cap recharger II
1x Omnidirectional Tracking Link I
1x 100MN Afterburner II

1x Large Armor Repair System II
1x Medium Armor Repair System II
2x Armor EM Hardener II
2x Armor Thermic Hardener II
1x Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II

Large Sentry Damage Augmentor I
Large Auxilary Nano Pump I
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I

6x Ogre II
6x Curator II
10x Hobgoblin II


Curators will really make your life easier fighting Blood Raiders. This is way overtanked for most missions, but better safe then sorry. Oh, and you can salvage as you kill stuff, if you do that kind of stuff, if not, switch to more guns but you will have to micromanage them becouse of cap problems.
