Hi

Do anchored but offline towers have 25% shield strength

ie - minim large POS Shield Strength 45mill 100%

OFFLINED 11.25MIL 25%?

just asking as looking to take down an offlined Mini POS and wondering what the strength of the shield is

Online or offline, it makes no difference. If the tower has 45M shields shown on the show info window then that's what you have to shoot through.

There's obviously no forcefield on an offline tower though so you can use short-range guns to make it faster.
