And what happens if you are stuck with black "entering station screen" and you cant make a petition ingame? Im stuck in a station for 6 days now and i dont have answers |

Last time this happened I was told to file a petition to let customer support know of the problem. |

Both GM Zhainius and I have created petitions via the forum link and in game. All petitions were created successfully and regular petitions are coming in as normal. I have also logged in with a player account via the forum link and my petitions are displaying correctly.
Can you provide any further details such as an error message that was displayed when trying to submit or view a petition? |

I haven't tried in game, but using both the IE browser which comes with Win 7 and the new Firefox beta browser, clicking on 'Create new petition' under 'Eve support' just opens a new page 'https://support.eveonline.com/pages/petitions/createpetition.aspx' and gives a 404. Going to try the regular Firefox... Also no internet problems elsewhere and connecting from the UK. |

I clicked the "create petition" link and got a 404 error too. UK, XP, latest Firefox.

The whole petitions app is offline. Direct links ( http://support.eve-online.com/Pages/Petitions/PetitionDetails.aspx?GUID) are 404 as well. |

Thank you for all of your replies.
Our engineers are now aware of the problem and it will be investigated asap. I have had our Community team members check on all browser types in Reykjavik and Atlanta and none of us can replicate the issue.
We are investigating and hope to update you as soon as possible. |
