Preferred Race: Gallente 1st, Minmatar 2nd, caldari third, no amarr please

Minimum learning 5/4 as i really do not want to spent time on learnings. (others might be acceptable if your skill allocation is decent)

Gallente pilot needs have decent drone skills. e.g. drone interface 5 or t2 sentry/t2 heavy

i can pay up to 7B for the right toon.
