You and other hundreds of people. Some of which have spend countless time perfecting their ideas, coming up with illustrations, taking feedback from others and so on and so forth. They don't know for sure if anybody ever read their stuff either.
However, what we do know for sure is that very few ideas from the general population ever make it "as is" into the game, AT BEST you can hope to influence ever so slightly some dev's ideas, and there is no guarantee THAT dev's ideas will be even taken into account.
That's right, ideas DEVS have don't always make it into the game.
So no, you won't know. And you can't make sure. And you have no right to ask for it.
