Have fun getting on top of the webbing frigs in that Proteus. Blaster range is way too short to be effective in PvE. As stated, use a Drake or Tengu, though your RS should have no issues, either.

Proteus does fine in wormholes and blasters eat frigates. I live in a C2 and ninja raid into other systems and I quit using a Drake because I can clear sites faster in my proteus.

Tanks 466 DPS 408. Stable with everything running but you only need the MWD for approach.

I 2 or 3 shot most frigates so being webbed doesn't last long and the only time I actually need the second repper is with double BS spawn if I get stupid and forget the triggers. With both reppers running I rarely drop below 90% armor even with a 3 cruiser 2 BS spawn.

(I have the point for rude visitors but you can drop it for another recharger and then switch the CPR for either more tank or DPS whatever you want.)

everyone i've ever seen try to do c3s in a proteus hated it and just cross trained or found a buddy to do stuff with. blaster range is terrible, medium rails blow, drones aren't very useful soloing c3s, and the proteus also has active tank issues. Proteus is a great buffer pvp ship, not so great at wh pve.

fly drake, legion, or tengu or find a buddy to pair up with.
