Hal industries is recruiting low sp players.
What we are:
Mainly members of www.halforums.com, refugees from pvponline's forum
good group of guys (and gals)
very wide interests, missions, mining, piracy, etc
3 old players and mostly new/low sp players
we are operating as mostly an incubation Corp, teaching allthe new guys the basics and some of the not so basics
we do regular ops, so far we have done a frigate tourney, a couple low sec runs, this weekend we are doing a cruiser tourney.
There are no specific guidelines tothis but free frigates and cruisers are given out regularly
we maintain fun competitions all the time. Currently anyone who gets a kill gets a hefty payout from the Corp.
We offer lots of training and guidance
What we want
no douchebags
1 month old (past buddy code trial)
limited API required to check alts
you should be able to use ventrillo (we have a server)
currently we are messing around in high sec, but eventually (probably around Tyranis) we plan on moving to null sec.

Great group! We're already 25 members strong, we're all pretty close but looking for a few good men to grow with us. Looking for all types:

Our ops really are our shining star IMHO. Here are some of them.
Frigate Tournament - ladder 1v1 tourney with a 20 mil isk payout to 1st place. At the end of it we had everyone participate in a "dogpile" where all the new players tried to kill me in a thorax. It did not go well for them.
Cruiser Tournament - +4 implants as reward for 1st prize
Null sec/low sec day - Almost ganked a hulk, the went into providence and intentionally jumped straight into a gatecamp. Killed a sabre and got out, of course we lost a number of our guys, but was great fun nonetheless.
A Scanner Darkly - A race to see who can scan people out the fastest. First person to find the person of interest gets a payout. Done like 20 times.
Wormhole OP- Went and mined Arkonor. Was really good money.
And then we have some really fun ongoing events
To the deepest darkest....- to encourage new players to go into null sec we pay players an amount based on how many jumps deep they can get in a shuttle.
KILL!MAIM!BURN! - Ongoing bounty for any killmail. Increases by 1 mil isk per day to a max of 20. |

So it doesn't look like a spamming attack by our CEO.
This is a great opportunity for new and returning players. After a year plus layoff coming back to the game has been an eye opening experience and I've needed help. Having just joined I can says that we generally have at least one person on at all times and everyone is ready with help or advice.
Our vets offer a variety if ways to supplement your isk making, while providing materials as replacement...especially if lost in Corp operations.
If your a miner come on down. We've got folks in Hulks to cruisers
Like to gank? Come on down right now the boss offers bonuses for every kill.
Want to pirate? Come on down. A kill is a kill.
Want to kill pirates? Come on down!
Want to become an indusrtrisl migal? We can help...someone has to by my ore...I'll even sell it too you cheap!
Bottom line...it's a good Corp that is right for the returning and embryonic capsoleer |

Great corporation, especially if you're relatively new and looking to get into the fun parts that this game has to offer, everyone is very helpful.
This and all the fun events makes it the best corporation I've been part of so far! |

Anyways, things are going pretty good in the corp. I guess the best way to describe us at the moment is carebears with teeth. Currently we spend a fair amount of time in high sec, but we do fun runs into low/null sec and w-space. Point is that we provide a good place to do pretty much anything you want, but we also have organized OPs and long term goals, so we aren't just a glamorized chat room.
While we are interested in low-sp players, we are also more than willing to look at older players on a case by case basis. Maybe you've been out of the game for a while and want to ease back in, or maybe you've just been in a long string of bad high sec corps that have poor leadership and little purpose.
Also, while I say High Sec, that's pretty much a temporary thing. While I can't go into too many details about it, we will probably be moving out of empire within the next month.
Anyways, we're a small but strong corp, and we offer a lot to players of all shapes and sizes.
Plus, we have a guy named Dave in our corp. I mean, we're Hal Industries.
