We are currently investigating issues with Tranquility. Stay tuned for more information.
Update: We believe the issue to be related to the SQL database and are restarting the cluster. P.S. SQL jokes are as passe as BECAUSE OF FALCON jokes ;)
Update #2: We are in the process of restarting the cluster, the hamsters, and other cuddly things. TQ should return to service shortly.
Update #3: We will be throttling connections when TQ opens. This is to help us monitor the cluster and keep you guys from rushing back to Jita all at once :D
Update #4: We are no longer throttling TQ. Fly safely! |

I pay for 5 characters. I don't use plexes as I felt previously that you deserved the payments for a very good game. Now I'm not so sure. The game has now started to really suck with regard to reliability. You need to do better and get these issues sorted. Something major goes wrong every other day & I for one are sick of all the crappy issues we have to stomach. If I bought your game from a shop I'd take it back as faulty & bloody well ask for a refund. |

1) We haven't had a server issue every other day so shut up. 2) If you don't like it, give me your stuff, cancel your accounts and go play something else. The game's better off without people like you here anyway. |
