T2 launcher + T2 Fury ammo + Target Painter == kill battleships faster. Use T1 ammo or Fury ammo on battlecruisers. Use T1 ammo on cruisers.

In a Raven, yes as it gets no kinetic bonus. So kinetic for guristas, EM/therm for sansha etc etc.

None of them afaik. Some caldari sub-BS ships do. Drake springs to mind.

+ keep in mind that you will have less DPS with T1/CN Missiles+T2 Launchers than with T1/CN Missiles+CN-Launchers

So you will gain a bit Killspeed vs. big slow Targets will loose a bit vs. faster and/or smaller Targets. And you have to switch the Missiletype depending on Target, that also costs time and isn't very comfortable.

It's my opinion that T2 cruise missiles aren't worth the training time, nor the trouble of switching ammo, in PvE. Train for T2 torps, instead, and field Golem.
