Lets see, with my budget I believe i can afford to buy a trailer to hook up to the back of my Ford Ranger. For added authenticity i can get my neighbors to wield a tripod in the bed of the ranger for anti-aircraft support.

Now for a more professional look I'd go with a dump truck.

I leave them in orbit; it's the only way to be sure.

Our government/scientists are capable of some truly incredible things.

But the pentagon thinks its cheaper to blow up cities full of civilians with ICBM's so the project was canceled

yes, they're driving air through an active nuclear reactor and exhausting the remnants to the atmosphere. Best propulsion system ever.

a nuclear powered cruise missile, only our government could dream that up lol. upside is some of our other programs are more successful such as mounting a big laser on the worlds finest jetliner.

that said, this could be handy for the commute to work on I-95 or if you needed go into Philadelphia at night.

they have a rocket version too, nuclear thermal propulsion. it's actually pretty awesome, although i don't think we'd really want to fire them off from central florida

Screw nukes and their hefty delivery systems. My pocket size antimatter bomb has more punch. Of course, its a ***** getting a sizable chunk of the stuff when producing it one or two atoms at a time.

Unlimited range is an exaggeration. A nuclear powered ramjet could continue to produce thrust for months before failing, more than enough to allow the cruise missile to circle the globe many times, and certainly enough to get it to any Earthbound destination.
