EFT is EVE Fitting tool
DPS is damage per second
AMT ... i can't see a context, so I can't.
imo is 'in my opinion'
CN AM is Caldari Navy AntiMatter - a faction ammo that does 15% more damage than normal Antimatter
EHP effective hitpoints (hitpoints x 1/resists, to give the amount of damage you need to deal raw to kill it )
lol is laugh out loud - which usually isn't any more, it's just a 'I thought that was slightly amusing'
EM/Ex/Ki/Th are damage types - EM, Explosive, Kinetic, Thermal respectively.

Err.... any more?

Others you may run into:
BCU - Ballistic Control Unit
PDS - Power Diagnostic System (sometimes PDU)
DCU - Drone or Damage control unit (drone control is highslot carrier only, so usually the latter)
MAPC - Micro auxiliary power core
(S/M/L)ACR - Small/Medium/Large Ancillary Current Router.
