Many running lotteries make use of numbers to draw a winning ticket. Some use RL values from lotteries to stock markets and online services for random numbers such as InvisibleCastle.

In similar lines to InvisibleCastle "DICE" is a random number generator with an EVE touch. You will need to use your API key (limited) to verify yourself, and thus participants can be sure that the numbers are generated by the poster of the lottery.

A rolled "dice" is LOCKED upon creation and thus numbers are not shown and cannot be viewed by anyone until the creator of the dice UNLOCKS it (using the password he/she supplied at creation). All steps are timestamped so participants of a lottery can view when the numbers were generated and when they were unlocked.

All previous rolls by that pilot can also be tracked and viewed by anyone. This essentially means that a lottery holder can pre-generate the winning numbers (BUT NOT KNOW THEM) before he/she starts a lottery. And upon the end of the lottery he/she simply unlocks the dice to view the winning numbers. This will prevent a lottery holder from trying to generate a winning number while knowing the "ticket list", and in such a way participants can be certain that the lottery holder has not generated a number for his/her alt (if they are out to scam/trick people), of course this doesn't prevent a holder from trying to change their own TICKET LIST, but winning numbers cannot be manipulated.

The generator also allows a lottery holder to generate a list of winning numbers if there are more than one prize or similar (unique numbers or not).

The random numbers are randomized using general noise to prevent any CPU cycles or the likes from generating linear numbers (see true random numbers for info).
