What sets us apart from other people/characters in Eve, according to an in-character perspective, is that we are immortal. So, we are sometimes referred to as immortal beings. But, more commonly, we are called capsuleers or pod pilots. Out-of-character, we're just Eve players.  |

iam wondering how the hell you can say anything other than "Pilots" :)
with recruitment forum full of "LF PvP Pilots",battler reports full of "750 pilots in system" Mothership pilots,Titan Pilots,Hulk Pilots... eve players are Pilots goddamnit:)
then there is a forum topic about "How do we call eve players" full of silly answers :) |

Everybody I ever met who plays or knows of this game refers to me as an EVE player. It works, stop touching it.
Capsuleer isnt long or french, it just only works for other EVE players, its an ingame term. I mean if we're going to call ourselves something, keep it at something that doesn't need explaining, since there already is enough of that coming when someone asks 'what's EVE?'. |
