Actually, anything is possible in EvE.

1) You can join their Corporation.

2) Form you own 1 man "Mercenary" corp, form an Alliance with their Corp, and pay for the Alliance Wardec. (called mercenary for hire).

3) I'm sure they would welcome your suicide gank "sacrifice for the cause".

YARRRR!!

You missed the point.

The OP meant to ask if players in a fleet can actively engage the war targets of their fleet members. In which case, it is "no".

Well, there are two ways to do so.

The first is to have remote reps on your ship. If you rep your fleet members while they have aggression on the war targets, you will get flagged as an aggressor as well. This gives the war targets the opportunity to shoot you, at which point you can shoot back. Obviously, you can't initiate hostilities doing this.

The other way involves waiting for your fleet to destroy an opponent, then taking something from the wreck. This will also flag you as an aggressor, and give the war targets a chance to shoot you. Again, you won't be able to shoot them unless they shoot at you first.

Neither method is ideal, but they do work on occasion.
