Long ago, I was just a recent graduate, and together with many loyalists I went into the Bleak Lands to stop the first attempt to take them by the Defiants. It was there that I first saw a Golden Fleet, and the first time I heard talk about CVA.

Back then, it struck amazement and awe in my young mind. The duty, the glory, the efforts, the blood, the war. 9UY hadn't fallen yet, and war for Providence was being bloody as none I had heard of before. But, in the process of the following months, CVA continued on regardless of the costs, regardless of the pain, or the losses. And they took 9UY. They drove off the Minmatarr from Providence, and secured the whole region for greater glory of all Amarr. And installed it into order, patrolled it to keep its simple laws in operation, and safe from all the other wandering pirates and rogues that went by.

Years have gone by since then. Fractionites, Blood Raiders, Pirates, Terrorists, Freedom Fighters, and other Alliances, all have tried in vain to take what you have created. All have been blocked by your wall of laser, like the shore stops the waves of the sea. And in all these years, I have never lost the amazement I first felt when I heard of you back when I first saw a Golden Fleet.

A testament of purity. A testament of unity. A testament of duty. A testament of long lasting Reclaiming. A testament of success. All that, and much more, is CVA. May the years to come be as amazing as these have been. May you always remain strong, and Providence safe. And may His divine providence guide you further even.

Congratulations. It's always been an honor flying with you, and it's always been an example looking up to you to remember who I was, where I was, and why I was so.

I now rise not only my bloody Fist but also my Pint
to our Arch Enemies who have, like ourselfes,
been consistent in their fighting for what they believe is just.

They have been more succsessful in that endeavour than
i would have wished for,
but i cannot help it but to feel a certain respect for the Golden Fleet
and their skilled Strategists and Admirals.

From Soldier to Soldier spoken, they give my existance a purpouse.
As long CVA prevails, as long i am needed on the Frontier.

Of course i want to see them fail in their Goals (or change them in favor of my enslaved people) - but right now and here, i grant them a Day of joy and Celebration, may the fighting go on tomorrow.
