Grats'
Wait till you end up in more even fights. I remember my first properly close fight. Nearly fell off my chair when my ship popped.
You don't get that many, but they're the best thing about this whole game.

Thanks! Do you think it's possible to make decent money with ninja salvaging & robbing the jetcan miners? That's because I really hate hard work, so I'd rather avoid using a miner alt or missioning to sustain my criminal life ugh

I see it as a meh kill, killing a noob isn't hard, so that doesn't exactly reflect well on your pvp capabilities. One thing you must learn is people in the Eve forums are very hard to impress. So your gonna have your work cut out for you in order to impress the forums in general besides killing a noob whom you prolly can baited in the first place.

Given that he is over 4 months old, and judging by the copious amounts of smilies, I think that this was intended as an ironic limp self-hurrah. At least I really, really hope so.

Clearly the first post was ironic!
But hear this new n00bish adventure!Shocked

Preamble: two days ago I robbed a miner from corp A. He tried to scare me off by bringing his badass ship, but in the end no shots were fired, AND I hauled away all his ore from the can.YARRRR!!

Today I flipped and exploded another random dude from corp B (he opened convo to threaten me, but didn't answer to my polite ransom request).
All the while, the same corp A guy from the other day was there, mining and watching...
So I waited for the aggression timer to wear off then I docked and ran back to the crime scene with my own industrial ship, to take the ore from the can!
There was another dude from corp A, with Very Badass Ship, ten kilometers away and not moving. I thought "WTF?" but I went on...
Turns out he had canflipped me, and I think I fell for it. I must have opened his can because when I took the ore, his radial went like minus-500 m/s, red and targeting...
Luckily my ship didn't get stuck in the asteroids and jumped away -with the ore- under his nose!YARRRR!!

I also got some nice hate messages afterwards!LaughingLaughingLaughing

You are lucky my friend that he didn't just kill you. But in all honestly, like i said in my previous posts killing noobs are not all that hard. I apologize that I find you latest exploits not all that interesting, not that I am saying I am a better pvper (my kill/loos ratio proves otherwise). I just find this post of no use in this forum.

Anyhow as you arn't asking questions and clearly don't need advise this really belongs in the C&P forum.

This is of course assuming you aren't just trolling the newbie forums.

Can flippers are sad beings...
The most sad of the lot was someone can flipping in a Raven.

F-ing boring to rob someone of a can he can mine up in another 20 mins. F-ing pointless in my opinion.

And yes, my main is a miner Very Happy (Well, a can of Arkonor would hur a wee bit)

Yepp, can flippers are truly pathetic. I really dont get the desire to do this? Most players will just ignore you, new players might make the mistake once.

I had a flipper bothering me and a corp mate the other day, it was actually funny to laugh at him. Another corp mate was mining in another belt and was doing the same thing we were. We all use alts to haul for us so we only leave 1 unit in the can most of the time. My alt was away hauling a load back and I guess this sad fly thought he could grab a nice full can, reality is it was practically empty. I watched him try to flip my buddies can, and my buddy just popped it right before he got there. Then the fly headed towards me, and at the very last second I popped my can... LOL.

He wasted so much time doing this and got ZERO..., really pathetic, he couldnt even can flip, thats like taking candy from a baby...Laughing

Good story Sir! Very entertaining indeed! Very Happy

Don't listen to these filthy carebear miners. They just want to demotivate you because you threaten their roid-huggin'-luv! YARRRR!! Proper can-flipping is hard labor which miners refuse to acknowledge. Sad, I know but that's how the business is. Crying or Very sad

Just keep it civil nevertheless, honor your ransoms and stay fair. You will enjoy your hard earned fruits even more. Very Happy And by all means, if they want to kill you, shoot back! Also the nicest targets are bigger ships and groups of roid-bears. There is soooo much fun to be had there! Hilarious! Very Happy

Good luck good Sir! Good luck!
