In BY-MSY in esoteria, I set a flag to online yesterday at approximately 0345. At the time there were 2 anchored flags, neither of which where online or onlining. I promptly paid the sov bill and my corp wallet shows that the bill was paid.
Today when I logged in I saw my flag online, but no sov was claimed. I tryed to anchor a hub, but received the no sov message. Additionally there is another flag from one of the other corps in our alliance onlining at the moment.
When I interact with the flag I have the option of transfering it to another corp or offlining it. |

Or better yet a place where after you have use the option, or a place, to report bugs, that you can share your particular bug with the community at large to see if it's an isolated problem. Of course such a magical fairy tale realm would probably be inhabited by trolls or worse. Who would have nothing constructive to contribute. But I digress, which system was it that you were having the same problem in? And what was done about it? |

Could you check your corp-wallet to see if 280M ISK has been paid to CONCORD for setting the Sov? |

Did a little check.
The system has been a bit volatile - over the last few days its been claimed and lost a number of times by corps in the same alliance.
on the 31st it was claimed by "Insurgent New Eden Tribe"
lost on the 4th.
Claimed by "Starhunt" on the 6th at 03:43am
then lost at 04:21
regained by "Silver Snake Enterprise" at 05:14
then lost again at 05:21.
If there are multiple FLAGs onlining - then the first one to reach online claims the system. All the others will complete the time countdown and then go back to anchored.

We like breaking stuff :) However that problem is that once the first flag is online the other competing flags are not reverting to anchored status. Other flags in the system are onlining and putting the first onlined flag into anchored status. Originally by: Jak Draco

The other flag that I mentioned in my first post onlined and sent the original flag(which was showing as online) into anchored status. At that point sov was shown as being held. Then I was allowed to anchor and attempt to online a hub. However at the moment that the hub went online, both the hub and flag reverted back to anchored status and sov was lost in the system. From looking in the notifications(awesome little thing in the mail window, thanks for that guys) it looks like Silver Snake, the last flag to online, did not pay the bill. I can only speak for the Starhunt corporation when I say that I have checked the wallet and the bills have been paid As of 1340 there are 4 flags in systems. One anchored, one from "Starhunt" that is onlining and will be online at 1722, one from Insurgent New Eden Tribe that will be online at 2317, and one from Silver Snake Enterprise that will be online at 2312. I will be on SISI to watch the first flag online(and attempt another hub onlining). The bill for that flag was paid at 0621 on 11/6. If all goes as planned this should claim sov and when the 2 other onlining flags reach the end of their countdowns they should go back to anchored. I'll post with success or failure then. I should be on sisi and TQ most of the day if you would like to ask questions. |

additionally yesterday I shot the flag that will online in 3 hours into low armor now when I check it the flag has full shields and armor |

same issue again. BY-MSY i'm showing a flag online, I checked the corp wallet the bill has been paid, there is no sov for my alliance, and there are two other flags at are currently counting down to online.
thinking that it might be a hang up with that system, I planted another flag in 6-tyrx. exact same problem, flag online, bill paid, no sov. I have the option of interacting with the flags (putting them offline, transfering them to another corp)
I checked and my corp is still a member of the alliance. Corp wallet shows bills being paid. Claiming SOV!!!!! I R duing it wrong?

Now other qs, both corps here anchored and onlined Flags in same system and both paid the sov bill. If its the first corp that online the FLAG and claim the sov, why the next corp onlining their FLAG have to pay a sov bill or does the bill get reimburse? when the system sees that a previous corp's FLAG was online and then made the onlining FLAG to go offline. |

today i login to check and there are only 2 flags in BY-MSY whereas yesterday there were alot more, so some have just vanished without a trace including my corporations one over night |

I removed every flag in the system in BY-MSY, including my corps. I launched and anchored and new flag. It is onlining now, and should be online before DT.
By removed, I mean I killed the hell out of them :) They are quite fragile |
