I began to online a tower around 500 eve time and when I came back after 12 hours my tower was still not online. With the FLAG taking 12 hours to online it would greatly hurt US players if the onlining process stopped over DT cause then we would not be able to on during most of the online process. Also, it would limit the overall time during a day a FLAG could be onlined. |

never mind, i think it was because we forgot to pay the sov bill. Might be useful to include this info in a dev blog about sov. |

There is also a warning when you start the onlining process - "pay up or you don't get sov".
You know - big pop up that you have to press a button to make go away... |

Unfortunately, with those popup windows being used for so many thing, nobody actually reads them anymore and just click ok or yes to remove that annoying thing... |

Lol, some dev's and game designers are crying now you have said this. In serious thought, it does become common place to click through when in a rush and "miss" even the blatently obvious messages. Never done that on the test server thought, as i'm hunting for every typographical, graphical and UI change  |

Actually, it did happen again. We payed all the bills and when we logged on after the 12 hour period it did not online this time. |
