Mindmoore is a corporation for mature players, dedicated to the values of ethics, loyalty, teamwork, honour and camaraderie. Our focus is to be a place were members can come together to socialize, explore and achieve individual and corporation goals in EVE.

Mission Statement
Since its inception, Mindmoore Corporation has remained on the vanguard of political and community empowerment by developing and promoting valuable employees to attain mutual success. Mindmoore Corporation is committed to achieving excellence in mining, manufacturing, marketing, exploration, combat, and leadership development. Mindmoore strives to preserve and promote an inclusive and diverse intellectual environment for its members, in addition to the general community.

Corporaton Size
The organization currently has more than 40 members and is looking to grow. We welcome players from all time zones. The leadership team is looking for the right people with the right mix of talents and personalities. We do not accept just anyone and only keep those that fit into the corporate culture.

Target Player Segment
Skillpoints do not solely determine a players' value. Our interests are in long term mutually beneficial gaming experiences; consequently, we are interested in the person behind the character. Our organization has an average age of 30+ with players from all walks of life and all real life professions. We are open to all, accepting of anyone and tolerant as long as people abide by the core values.

Corporation Focus
Mindmoore realizes that there are as many in game interests as there are real life professions making up our corporation. As a a result we have divisions that support all eve professions including people that prefer the "Jack of all Trades" approach. As a result we are looking to grow all areas including mining, manufacturing, mission running, security (pvp), exploration, marketing, invention, industrialist (hauling/logistics) and leadership. We have POS operations in a wormhole and are ready to pursue 0.0 opportunities with our alliance.

Real Life Tolerant
Mindmoore works hard to balance individual interests and personal goals, with corporate achievement. The plan is to provide structured and fleet-based activities; however, we will rarely make events mandatory. We strive to provide productive avenues for your leasure time without making you feel like it's a second job. We also understand that family and work should be a persons' top priority. We respect when people need to step away, and work with people to maximize their enjoyment.

Core Values
1. Treat all Mindmoore and alliance members with the courtesy and respect that you would wish to be shown.
2. Harassment, personal insults or harmful actions directed toward any members is prohibited.
3. Violations of game rules will not be tolerated.
4. Piracy is forbidden.
5. Refrain from engaging in combative discussions in local channels.
6. All members are requested to openly participate in corporate chat and corporate events.
7. All members need to assist in the organization and support of the corporation.
8. Recognizing that real life comes first please notify the leadership of any extended absences.
9. Use corporation and alliance services as first choice, lets support one another before we support a competing corporation.
