I try to get my reactions going in a WH-space POS. I've been following this
http://www.eve-guides.com/ui/polymers.php
but once everything is online, all stuff necessary in each silo/array, I can't seem to link the pieces together. It appears that each slot in the reactor should be colored if linked properly but this fails for me. I don't have to fill each silo up completely do I?
What the f... am I missing here? |

POSs are a bit temperamental. Still. 1. Install the reaction. 2. Load up the silos. They don't need to be full. 3. Link the mineral silo (or coupling array) and biochemical silos to the reactor and the reactor to the polymer silo. 4. The icons should change colour (you are correct). If you then drag the cursor over them they should highlight the appropriate box in the corresponding structure. 5. Turn the reactor online. The text should change from "anchored" to "onlining" in red text. When it is online the text should read "online - starting up". If it just says "online" in light blue text it is not linked. 6. Turn the silos online. 7. Close the POS management window. Reopen it and check the boxes ares all still linked. If they are then it's working.

Pressing "Apply" sometimes resets it, but nevermind. |

Just give it some time after you 'linked' the out/inputs.. it seems the databank where this pos stuff is on, is a bit slower than the rest.. So when you go to fast, the info of the set links didn't reach it, before you hit 'apply' and thus it applies the 'unlinked' status.. |

Interesting factoid. You can offline the silos while leaving the reactor running if your'e putting in a 2nd batch of the same reaction. Works fine. |
