I personally plan on opening a tobacco shop where crusty old pod pilots come to relax, sip from their flasks, and tell outrageously exaggerated war stories.
I mean why not? If you get a lung condition, just pop the top on a new clone.

An Amarr private club. You pay an annual membership fee, and get a black dog tattooed on your wrist to show membership/loyalty.
The club has a social area with indulgent drugs, drink, and pounding hard music. Smuggled items can be bought, but the emphasis is on indulgence and not combat. Members can have private rooms where they can do with Minmatar slaves as they wish, before jettisoning the corpses into space.
Depending on CCP's rules, I may have to set the club up through an alt, and I may have to make the club seem like something else for legitimacy, like an oxygen bar or massage parlor (capsuleers get bad backaches from being in ships all the time)
