I have a teamspeak i dont use, so i figured i would rent it out for isk. Am i within the eve rules and if i am where would i post an advert for it?

It is against the Teamspeak 2 license though.
If you rent it out for isk, you have to pay them a fee for each slot you rent out.
Otherwise you are breaking the law. |

Legally, if you get paid in ingame ISK, you get nothing, since it's all CCP's property (that is just licensed for you to use). Not sure how some corrupt and twisted lawyer could word the thing to fill his wallet, though. |

I'm not a lawyer but wouldn't you be just breaking your contract with teamspeak. Your parlance makes it sound like a criminal matter with police and handcuffs. Then again... this is the age of the hysterics over terrorists and music pirates. Pretty soon there will be a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Explosives and Violent Video Games. Any terroristic remarks made over TeamSpeak will result in tanks ramming into the side of your house and tear gas grenades being lobbed through your windows.
