I've been hitting the leadership skills hard over the last few months. I'm up to 10.5m SP, including warfare link spec 5, armor skirmish and siege spec V, along with fleet command IV.
Now, is it really worth looking at another 19 days to get information warfare spec V? I'm rather unsure. Am I really going to use it much, especially with the other specs maxed out? Is it that much use in the first place? Should I do it either way for a good OCD hit?
Thanks in advance for any advice! |

No. Do not train it to 5. That way when you have all the other Leadership skills to 5, it will be that constant reminder. |

if you want to use the skirmish mindlink yes... if you want to feel special by maxing out leadership yes... if neither of the above are true, then no Just for theory crafting purposes, a max skilled, mind linked claymore running interdiction maneuvers gang link mod will put a max skilled (recon 5) Arazu with Republic Fleet warp disruptor over 80km and RF warp scrambler to about 30km. T2 would be at 66km and 25km respectively. And thats without overheating |

I'm training this now as my final leadership skill. Since I always run a sensor integrity link, taking it from 18% to 22.5% is worth it. Also, because my leadership char is so singularly focused on leadership it makes sense to max it all out.. because that's all he does.
If I had aspirations to skill up for other roles, I'd never train info spec 5. |

I say, do it!
The sensor integrity warfare link is really nice and with Claymore you can run 8 links non-stop.
Sensor integrity should definitely be one of those 8 links in my opinion, and every little bit counts.

Information is not skirmish. Hes asking about the (terribad) gallente one.
yeah wow, my bad yeah I'd say no to the information one unless you really want max leadership skills the ganglinks just aren't that great...you're better off supporting the gang in any of the other 3 fleet commands (or T3 with the subsystem for 5% effectiveness) |

Hey Sketch, Can you please elaborate further on the T3 part of your post? I am clueless when it comes to T3 and i'm interested in learning about it. Are you saying a T3 ship has the potential to be more / equally benifitial to a fleet as a command ship? In the same vein - what command ship - when max skilled - will give the best bonuses to a fleet? Main areas of interest are shield, armor, speed, and dps. |

t3 can only run one command link with the relevant subsystem, command processors are needed in the mids to run more.
Claymore is the best command ship by far to run multiples.
