Recently I started using Ventrilo though it appears that there's an issue where I can't play full-screen and use PTT - as in, EVE gets the focus for some reason.
Is this a known issue? Can it be resolved? |

i'm not sure since i never play fullscreen. (dual monitor setup and i don't like my screen going black)
but i think when you use some "exotic" keybinding like the "Fn" key it should work since cider doesnt seem to grab it.

I use Ventrillo and the right alt key with no problems. Do select the key in Ventrillo and in EVE.
I too play in full screen mode, haven't got it to work in windowed mode. Only problem I've encountered is that cmb/tab doesn't always get Eve working again. Macbook pro and Snow Leopard.

I use the speak to talk mode, in conjunction with a headset with an inline mute button. I just use the inline mute button as a PPT button. So far, it's worked perfectly. |

Fixed it last night. Bound my F16 key. EVE doesn't want to grab it. |

Can people who use Vent and are running snow leopard please have a quick check of frame rate in eve ...
press ctrl f to get the frame rate window without vent running and then start vent and connect to a server.
When running in windowed mode I've noticed a 10 fps drop in frame rate with vent running :( |
