Yes if you recall those were the fights you lost you only started smacktalking when our corp was outnumbered and decided it best to not engage, i wish i didn't take a nap and was at the pc. One topic I forgot to hit on was someone else asked "why not get it from tamora since he was envolved" Every CORP is responsible for what their members do, my ceo is responsible if i blow someone up i shouldn't. As is true for alliances they are responsible for each corp when 1 corp does something it reflects on the entire alliance. That being said we approached NFEI via director (or co-ceo as his title was) then CEO not tamora. Yet another thing NFEI claims that we are some uber pvp corp picking on a mining corp "Isnt ransoming to have a war retracted Piracy? especially as its a lil mining corp... " I got news for ya Taimar C22 is a mining corp......... There are very few members with ANY pvp experience. You have been blown up mostly by fellow miners m8. |

Greetings Citizens,
I have held of posting a comment until now as i have been watching events unfold before me.
Is it not odd that the majority of the posts are authored by Leila and not the rest of C22.
I find it amusing that Leila records everything that is said by us and choses to show little snippits that are in the majority of cases taken out of context and missing parts.
I might add that Leila is doing an outstanding job of standing up for the aggreived party, Aloman. Why? Oh, she neglected to mention that it is her account. ( Dont deny or i'll start posting logs)
As of yet i have not posted any logs i have for 2 reasons. 1)I dont feel i need to fight tit-for-tat as alot of people know me in this game, and can vouch for my honesty, trustworthyness and most importantly my word.
If i say something i always back it up, and never renage on a deal.
2)I have promised one of the members i will not post the logs. I have since evemailed that person and said that unless Leila is put back on her leash, i will have no choice but to defend my good name.
Just as a taster of some of the things i can show you guys :-
Leila offered a 1v1 in piak 2 days ago. I accepted. During the battle 2 other c22 players warped in. One scrambled me andfired missiles at me and i guess the other did the same.
Now leila denies this and accuses me of lieing :- here are the logs :-

To top it all I received a warning last night after Leila petitioned CCP as she said i was harassing her. This is playing very dirty.
Not only does Leila lie, edit logs, selectivly post logs, not keep to deals(1v1) she trys to get CCP to do the dirty work she can not.
This is not the actions of a person who is honest, honourable or trustworthy.
I letmy reputation go efore me, but warn you Leila, and the rest of C22 if you persist in placing one sided arguments on this forum i will post full and complete logs of our conversations that willmake you ashamed to show your heads again.

Manicminer where do i start.... Please post your logs Aloron is my real life best friend ie his name is josh i welcome you to join the nsa teamspeak server and ask ANYONE on it who aloron is. I do have alts same as you but aloron isn't my alt. Secondly I never offered you a 1vs1 i told you i had to run to get a ship with more firepower then a moa. If you remember i was fighting xvx scarecrow in his rupture, he hit structure and you undocked in your megathron. I never promised a 1vs1 but do not try to lie and say it wasn't, aloron warped in within the last 10seconds of the fight and looking at my logs he scrambled you...... Then i said i won't pod you because it was a fun fight but he wanted to. You then stated omg i didn't lose any implants and my clone is the same (yet another lie)
Please post all your logs here the post you presented proved that aloron podded you and that's all lol.

If the truth be known, i havent really got a clue what went on 3 months ago. I wasnt there and only heard about it when Aloron convoedme a few days later.
I then asked what had gone on and recieved the logs from the players involved on my side.
We then had your side.
The only people that will ever know the exact truth are the ppl involved.
Logs cant be easily edited by either side so i dont hold much store by them.
All i know is that I got dragged into this whole thing reluctantly when i was asked to pay compensaton for something i was neither involved in or had knowledge of.
So to conclude, the incident happened so long ago noone really knows what happened, or what "evidience" was diluted, changed or forgotten, as happens in situations like this.
I however will not be held to ransom over this situaton. The two players involved are no longer with this corp.
Can i reiterate this is a reply to your post Shady.

Both members were in your corp at the time, and you used the same excuse. 'I will not be help HOSTAGE'.
Your corp blew up a ship. The guys who did it were under your colors at the time, regardless of where they are now.

Reptar was never part of the equation...
He was just there for the fight. You were offered a way out with no loss of face, and getting the pilot back in a ship. A single member can mine that kind of ISK in 1 day, and should have taught him a lesson.
Instead, pride got in the way.
I think you are actually good guys, but I am annoyed that you do not own up to the mistake, and now was your hands of any fault.

Strange, I thought C22 was more ... mature than that.
Posting about "omg I got killed" and "omg I need reimboursement" and "omg we are at war" is so much childish.
From the posts I can deduce Turos and Tamora did the right thing. Yes they are ex-corpmates, but still I know them. They do not attack for fun or make any isk out of this. NFEI is a non-violent corp (or carebear).
C22 attitude is so much like carebearism. Who the f**k cares? Reptar attacked you first, EC-P8R civilians helped. That's all. Blame yourself if you died from your own misery. It's part of the game, taking risks, dying, etc. Do we go at war at every agression? Heck no! Would be crazy.
You had insurance, asking for someone to reimbourse insurance because YOU took risks is ... carebear. Go mine with your super duper alliance one day and it's gonna be all good. Stop wasting good forum space on useless things. Stop asking people to reimbourse for your risks.

I was more referring to the point where C22 whines about reimboursement... seriously... what the hell? Accept consequences when you attack.

I want to start off by saying that this thread has reached a level that we don’t want. The original intent of this thread was an attempt to discourage any outside interference from the war between NFEI and C22. We will continue the war but need to make clear that the war will be fought between C22 and NFEI in an agreement made between ManicMiner and myself. We want to resolve this on our terms and appreciate the support of allies. To make clear that any posts beyond this point will not be discussed publicly by any members of my corporation and any posts that might come from my corporation are not endorsed.
I must say that I am in distress over this whole situation. Due to this war there are a few people that have left the game and this was never our intent. Furthermore this game has rocked our community and at this time I DO NOT endorse any more activity in this thread. I speak for my corporation but not for others that might feel like posting here but as for C22’s involvement in the war it has been talked about in a private discussion and will no longer be public. I encourage all to resist in adding anything to this thread and appeal the GM’s to delete the link to it. What NFEI and C22 do from this point on will be decided in the near future between NFEI and C22. If at that time we feel that we should entertain the rest of Eve with our dispute it will be decided between NFEI and C22.
I encourage the GM’s to put an end to thread.
