Tengu for PvP.
Tho i T2 fit it, no point in wasting isks the way I use it (quick buffer tanked).
Tho Rawrs Tengu in her latest vid seems awesome.
Might I ask how its fitted? :) |

Confirming that HED-GP is a great place to get t3 ship kills. AAA or citizens had a 200km sniping tengu that could one volley frigs. That one hasn't died yet, but legions, other tengus, and proteus have.
My favorite was the one I tackled in my sleipnir by fighting a hurricane outside of station in HED-GP and letting him put me into half armor by not running my shield rep. He went crazy in the intel channel about how he'd almost killed a sleipnir, and just about when he exploded the tengu we'd been hunting uncloaked and opened fire on me. Tackled blobbed and dead.
Would've loved to see the look on his face when the half armor sleipnir suddenly boosted to 100% shields. |

There is a field of application for a Tengu for PVE. It's a niche field, but it makes you earning more isk/h than faction fitted CNR doing level 4 missions in highsec, while being safe. It's something that can't be done in a t1 or t2 ship on the long run, and next to that interdiction nullifier, it's one of the most valuable properties of t3 cruisers, that makes them valid and useful. |

Yeah the problem now is im missing 2 of the Pithi A-Type Small Shield Booster and would like them asap!
Also there is a problem with rigs... CCP changed what rigs will go on what ships so the 'Capacitor Control Circuit I' rig work since they renamed it to a 'Large Capacitor Control Circuit I' and the tengu can only use a 'Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I'
I believe CCP may have screwd up max damage here!
Any ideas? Or have i missed something? |
