i downloaded the patch from eve downloads > patches > then the live server. it gets to the install prosess and it says its already compatible. my version is 94168 |

Back to the real issue i writ about: CCP "your patching system @"!^&*%$ sucks" every time you realeas a patch i have to do a full install :-( and it was not always so? when did you decide to ?&*^% thing s up?
well experience now tells you to put on a 5D skill train for patches and extended DT |

You are not realy trying to say that someone is actually changing the code until the last 5 minutes? Anyone with half a brain would realise that releasing it earlier simply makes the servers load lighter if the downloads are spread out in time a little, not when every man and his dog is trying to get it.  And it's over 2 hours until 17:30... |

You can get the latest patch from one of the test servers if you want to jump the gun, but it doesn't matter because the cluster isn't accepting connections anyway. |

Has anyone demanded a rebate for lost game time yet? You can't beat a real good "toys-outa-the-pram" post ;)
Its patch day, its not going to be ready when they say it will, get used to it...
There is enough free **** out there to keep everyone busy with that mouse hand. (Since when has p o r n been a swear word?)

i think its icelandic culture,they want to make it a tribal event,so 1 person blows the horn to everyone that theres a whale (click mouse to notify) then everyone in (eveonline) community rushes out to kill it(download/login=(server crunch/kill)) CCP;for valhalla's sake sort it out!  |

Dude, chill, you want the 50c back for your day? lighten up. If you absolutely have to update right now so that you have the latest version,(and still won't be able to get in) then get it from the test box. EVE Patches->Singularity or Multiplicity. |

I'm sure somewhere buried in the EULA it says they are not responsible for the amount of time the servers are actually up... |

if i start making a skill, then patch come up, the down time will count to my skill time training ? |

your skill will continue to train through the down time, just hope it doesn't end in the down time.. |

Apocrypha 1.5 Downtime Extended
The downtime for EVE Online: Apocrypha 1.5 has been extended until 17:30 GMT due to database issues during the deployment process, all though we cant be assed to fix it and we dont care how long it takes us to but keep paying for eve and keep the money flowing to our wallets. while you sit there for another 2 hours or more we are out at sea killing whales.
