That dictor loss was unfortunate, I got disconnected just as the fight was starting, typical.

Yes ive lost a few ships in some pretty good fights down here, we were doing very well against the enemies until they lit cynos and jumped in 6 carriers.

Ive come to the conclusion that Stain Empire and their pets suck at PVP, they will never ever come at me with evenly matched ships and fleets, they always have to bring in carriers to beat me. Ive accepted that they are terrified of whats happening here.

Lets us use logic in taking down these guys, Id like the people that have shown intrest to come down without delay and help us.

I was talking with a few of the councilors of Hub Zero and they think its a great idea that we all help to finance cap ships. think about it, if 20 of us donate 100m each we can get a dreadnougt or carrier for able pilots to fly. Im pretty sure we can do this and really make Hub Zero a safe place for Hi-sec pilots to come down and make a living.

This is your project as much as it is mine, Look how far we have come with only 20 pilots most of which had no experience of 0.0 beforehand.

Im still very exited about the possibilities of this, fair enough ive had a few losses, i just pick myself up, dust myself off and keep going.

Ive made contact with another group of independants that are doing exactly the same thing as we are, funny huh, they are 2 jumps away from us and have approx 15 to 20 pilots, we are working on taking over 3 of the systems here in stain. This really is becomming an epic venture, and id be very greatful if u were part of it,

Well, I am truly a young character, only couple of months old. But even I know, that two things are important in pvp (among others of course)
1. you can lose your ship any time you undock. In pvp you can win, you can lose, what matters is the good fight. And don't be afraid of it.
2. fitting is essential.

Now, on the other hand, I do have fairly more experience at trade. From marketing point of view, what Aaron is doing is pearl. His last suggestion about the capitals is just - wow. :) (I did hope secretly that he did not stop at selling T1 ships.) However it still doesn't make him hero, only a good businessman. Nothing wrong with the later, no! But let's not forget the difference...

Ask urself this, What else is there for the average hisec player wanting to trail 0.0? There really isnt much, becoming a slave to an alliance is all there is if u really want to go 0.0, this takes the fun away from the game cos u feel like ur working a real life job and not having fun.

Look, Aaron, I appreciate what you do, from both pvp and trader point of view. But please, do not turn this topic into a holy crusade against alliances. That is not why you started all this. Invite those guys down here by all means. Prepare them for what being a neut means in an NBSI world. (And sell them your ships and moduls ;) ) Let's have a good fight! :)

(But, if you really care for your guys, one day soon you should get into contact with ours and/or Stain's diplos to negotiate about standings... Only an advice.)

The best thing is in an advice that you don't have to follow it. I will leave you alone with your rose bush. (You'll let your guys dragged through that plant too, by the way.) Like we said earlier: we don't mind new guys coming down to Stain. It's good fun. Until they remain neuts, we will shoot them. It's not personal, it's 0.0. New SOV will fix all this anyways. From what I read in the dev blog, it basically said that Alliance's owned space will shrink. Systems they own just because they can, they won't be able to own, because production will be based on population. So Stain owning 50 SS's will be reduced to 25 because they can only populate that many of them.

So, this whole new system will be working in Hub Zero's favor. Reading the devblog is what sealed my decision to join in on this: when Sov rules change, Hub Zero will be perfectly setup to take advantage of them.

I'll be down there (or is it up there? lol) soon. I'm in Aaron's corp, I just wanna make a few more ISKies from L4 missions before I jump up there. I'll be headed there this Saturday hopefully.

Except that the sov changes won't affect Stain, because it's NPC sov space.
