Hey Bobby

Are you going to leave Block 4 open to new reservations until it is time ot collect ISK for that block? That might give some extra time for people to get in on it.. I often find that I am too late for reservations and think it might give a few more people the opportunity to get in on this excellent IPO..

From what I am reading it will take 10-15 days to collect the ISK for the first 3 blocks. This extra time is a make or break situation for the 4th Block.

That is exactly how it works.

The reservation list is just a queue. New reservations, regardless of what instructions they may give as to the positioning of their reservation as a result of their lack of understanding, are added to the end of the queue. If you reserved first, you get in first, if you reserved later, you get in later. There is no queue jumping, there is no moving your reservation about, their is just joining the end of the queue or leaving the queue.

I've gone through all the cancellations and it appears that the first 7250m of the block 4 reservations will be moved into block 3. I have noted all cancellations in the reservation lists but I haven't adjusted the placement in the blocks or the block totals yet, I'll do that when I get a little more time.

Block 1 had one cancellation so Barbicane's reservation at the head of block 2 has been moved.
