WELCOME To Deitis Montage's Rent-a-Freighter SERVICE

The Service:
This service essentially provides freighters for those pilots that dont want the bother of buying and then selling their own. For a price of only 10 mill per day you can have complete access to a freighter of your own and do as many hauling jobs as you like until your rent period expires.

The Collateral:
What makes this service particularly unique is that isk is not the only thing that we take for collateral. A reasonable collateral can be negotiated using most items in the game, so even if you dont have 1 bill isk in liquid assets you can still exchange your navy megathron + additional isk to make the sufficient collateral to hire out the freighter.

Note: The type of contract issued to the user will depend on what collateral is being offered for the freighter. There are 3 possible scenario's as explained below.
- If only isk is being used for collateral then a loan contract will be issued to the user as this provides additional security.
- If using isk + items for collateral then an item exchange contract will be issued
- If using items for collateral then an item exchange contract will be issued

The collateral held by us will always amount to the cost of the freighter itself + the cost of the rent period so that if the user decides to not return the freighter it will not be profitable for them. This should guard against false users of our service.

Once the rent period has expired the user will be expected to exchange the freighter for their original collateral (minus the payment for the rent period). Should the user not return the freighter by the day stated then the user will lose their collateral and any items used as collateral will immediately be sold to allow for replacement of the freighter. Obviously we are only human and there is the RL that we are all slaves to. Sometimes it may not be possible to return the freighter on the date that was initially set. I am a fairly flexible person and so as long as the user contacts me BEFORE the expiry time of the rent period then it can be reasonable to make further adujustments to the contract.

The process:
1. The user will evemail me ingame with the information of how long they will require the freighter.
2. A collateral will be arranged between us
3. A time will be arranged for the contract to begin (often immediately)
4. A contract will be created using either loan or item exchange (read above) in order to exchange freighter for the collateral
5. The user is free to use the ship as much as they like (but to their own risk - do not lose the ship or you will lose your collateral!)
6. The user will convo me at a pre-arranged time at the end of the contract period.
7. The collateral (minus rent fee) will be exchanged for the freighter

Additional information:
- We do not take large quantities of items for collateral. Anything more than 5 items will be situational depending on the items being offered
