Very Specialized character here, no wasted skill points in anything but being a Vagabond/Hurricane and Tempest pilot (can fly other related terrible ships too of course).

Right at home soloing in a cruiser or in a huge group in the industry standard fleet fit battleship, this character is a perfect alt for anyone stuck with a gallente main or who trained their main into a capital ship and is now stuck doing boring stuff all the time.
