Just had a great fight Hurricane, Myrmidon VS Drake, Myrmidon. Won barely, Hurricane pilot died, and I hang on with a single cap 800 remaining and entering structure, managed to MicroWarpdrive away from an Absolution (The Drake pilot reshipped) with about 40-50% structure left, shortly after the Myrmidon popped.
The guy we fought was really skilled, was a very close fight, and lots of respect to him for dual boxing that fight, must be difficult controlling two PvP battlecruisers together at once like that. Best fight I've had in awhile. |

Hey like I said to her / him / them yesterday, they were the only people that had me worried during the entire war.
Believe 10101010 and gray eyes got the only combat pod kill on me and all up killed me 3 times. I got her nonce ;)

Bring fewer ships, tengu, absolution, myrmidon, and the other 4 ships I didn't see doesn't encourage one to undock in their sole proteus :) Less ships more smart thinking. Also while I'm here, scrambling someone undocking into a fleet doesn't leave one much option but to redock. Perhaps if you let your target warp into space and chased him down n then scrambled you would have better hunting luck ;) |

You said yourself that in a covert ops ship, you can't be caught if you dont want to be caught. There is no incentive to let you leave a station hehe. My ferret says gnight and hes all like >;3 |

Easily. I just dare to do it. Once again I apologize to the contestants for the atrocious behavior of the target. Contest is continuing minus one pilot who as ship killed and podded but we have 2 very talented pilots left. I have a policy which I think most eve players follows. If its suicide to undock then I don't (usually ;) ) Do not bring 7 ships to kill 1 player if you want a fight. You could feed them t1 kills but I have a backup for that in the form of the navy mega which is awarded for the most kills over 7 days. I don't care about the 2 billion to be honest, if I did I wouldn't have offered it along with a 1.5 billion isk ship. Once again this competition is nothing to do with UCAM. I don't care about you guys on a personal level. I very much want to see the last 2 fights that is what I care about and I want to see if its possible for a player to do what I asked of them. 10 solo kills against you guys in 1 week without dying. Not such a hard ask. Have a nice day. |

That's very professional of him. Sad that some don't know the meaning of the word. And in case you need it pointed out, his whole reputation as a trusted community member is based on actions like that. If he started "supporting" or "endorsing" things that weren't 100% legit in their reasons, he would have his reputation anymore. Way to go Chribba. Too bad you couldn't have kept his isk though, I don't think anyone here would've faulted you for that. |

The interesting part about all of this is, so far the ones that actually fought are us and some of your contestants, I haven't seen you in any combat whatsoever.
Before you go reciprocate that on me, I too haven't fought (yet) because have no pretenses about my pvp skills, I have other things to take care of and other duties in the alliance.
I do however read logs and all I see is some good fights with some of your dec corp members (by some I mean the fights I have read about and seen reports about, nothing bad about the people that were in but have left etc.)
Also, The Count managed to kill 3 of us, now that reflects skill, unlike you, he doesn't talk about it beforehand, he fought and won, and posts results, all you do is talk and I haven't seen any actions in this war so you have extremely little to talk about. (refering to your claim of outstanding pvp skills)
I don't even have to know the whole history (and I do not) to be able to deduce a grudge here.
It looks to me as you have hired mercs while disguising it as a contest (and henceforth scamming the contestants into fighting a personal vendetta for you).
Even if you still claim to be legitimate, you should be able to gather some hints in how people react here, even your neutral party holding the ISK has resigned, don't you think you should start looking at why that happend before deflectively putting the blame on us ?
I neither have to rant/curse at you nor do I care about myspace or similar things, the posts made by others (only count non-alliance members if you please, to avoid that reciprocation issue again) rather speak for themselves.

He agreed to hold the isk for one week. He accepted a fee. He waited till the competition was underway and then reneged. He did this because of a silly but unfortunately very effective smack campaign by UCAM. There has never been a grudge between myself and UCAM as least not on my side, despite their out of game idiocy and forum propaganda - I have always been polite and given them a gf even when they killed me 2-7 vs 1. The hulk pod farce, the myspace crap, and the stealing my pic and posting it on kill boards is just childish and to be affected by it would be acting in a similar manner. As I said previously, EVE is only a game that I play at work and its all in fun, I don't need to hate on people who I never met and who I choose to play a game with. Originally by: Reshanna

I do not have to fight. I am running this competition only. Read up regarding the grudge. There is none. The war was originally going to be against sleepless knights alliance however due to an unfortunate afk event that war ended a few days before the competition started. Additionally I received several taunting emails from UCAM members requesting I re-declare against them. Given that and the fact that they do have some skilled pilots I decided to have the competition against UCAM. Any self respecting alliance would have welcomed the challenge however given the posts in this thread I do not believe UCAM has any respect for itself let alone anyone else. As for Infinity Ziona's likability. Her aim in this game is not to make friends. Infinity is a loner, she is unpleasant, she is a ***** and that's the way she is played. |
