Regarding the large fleet scrap last night, we brought some 120 BS and Support and yes the enemy managed to summon up a mass of snipers and close range BS's there was 380 in system during the fight so you do the maths  Dispite being sat on the outgate we held fast and fought like the best of them. The fight lasted for some 20 mins or so and in the end our fleet was wrecks and corpses. Sadly the main winner was lagg, i only got off 15 cycles of my rails guns in all that time. Still the fight was all good, very exciting and there was a hail of GF's in local afterwards. No real need to get all EPEEN about it, just a good old scrap  |

I thought I would offer some corrections here. Is every SOT member this stupid? We decided yesterday morning to attack PNQ, due to some of our other targets being moved to later in the week. PMS+FOE fleet numbered around 107, hostiles around 238. Hostiles began moving from Fobiner/Karan area as well as other points towards PNQ about 10-15 minutes after we started engaging station services. PMS-FOE fleet was configured for shooting station services and unprepared for incoming fleet, a mistake we won't make again. We had early warning of hostiles approaching. Being configured as we were (and some pilots were fitted incorrectly or were confused about which fits to use or just plain fail), we decided to regroup and engage on RP2 gate. Some pilots jumped through to RP2 after deaggressing to try to get better odds. This wasn't so much a situation of running, once we saw SOT was configured differently we decided to go see if we could make a run on PL. Unfortunately, PL was prepped on the other side of the gate for us, and had been holding back reinforcements and stragglers from Hophib for the remainder of the fight, so we were not only outnumbered but cut off. Official losses based on PMS killboard were something like 81, hostile deaths 24 or so which I think were mostly Arcane. For a set of alliances that consistently wants to outnumber us a minimum of 2:1 before they engage in a fight, and one of those alliances that when ALREADY outnumbering us decides to log off in system to try to catch us on our way back, I find the smack pretty hilarious. In the fight, smack was low from our perception although i'm told there were a few exceptions to the rule. Most PMS ships from the earlier engagement have been replaced by this point. As for the camp at PNQ station later in the day, rationale was simple; we always expect 2 or 3 to 1 now, so if it isn't an official fleet op and just random people pewing, FCs have been given orders to focus on roams. We essentially gave up on PNQ for Sunday after the first loss, wanted to step back and rethink a couple of things. They have now been rethought. Good pew. See you on the field. Stay classy  |

WE'd had a lot of fun earlier in the day, no one in PMS or Quam at least seemed particularly disgruntled at losing ships - I don't personally mind being outnumbered; as soon as we see SoT/Arcane/PL fighting the same odds as we do regularly then I'd be more willing to humour this kind of smacktalk :) |

 also, I love the op. "puppets ran from a smaller gang" we regrouped the first time as we had no idea what you had and were disorganized (IE: I was FC and had woken up 2 minutes earlier). A deimos apparently warped into the station after everyone left and died. We then turned around and tried to re-engage after regrouping at which point you guys ran (we killed a sac in return) to get more numbers and came back with 30 and change I believe? I was still rather out of it at that point so I can't remember. Luckily someone came along and took over FCing. We waited and then shot the station some more. Final numbers were about 100 us vs. 250-280 SOT/PL/Arcane/EH for the earlier fight. Lag was pretty bad too  |

To shed some light on this. Theres some very good conventional pvp going on around fountain right now. We win some engagements. PM wins some engagements. If numbers are remotely close to even. PM runs it has happened the past 6-7 small engagements. My guess is their paranoid that we will bring 5 times their numbers in. And I totally understand that. But usually that is not the case. There has been less smack talk by pm in local as well props for that. It's only a matter of time until PM's grunts start running low on isk. I wonder how the majority of them are faring right now isk wise....... Anyways PM I'm having a great time and look forward to more pew pew  |

Don't worry about our isk, we are considering purchasing another Titan so our isk isn't low. I would worry more about Arcane's isk. From their alliance mail it shows they are low on isk, a minimum of 200mil per corp per month and if you are over 40 members then the price goes up... Alliance ICE mining operations. Seriously, doing all that to be in a fail alliance - thats just taking the pi##. Id expect to be paid to be in Arcane tbh. p.s Lol at ION corp not paying. |

Yes we were outnumbered, but that's the great thing about this alliance, they will stand and fight even when the odds are against us, just for the fun of it. Actually with SOT and Arcane, it's hard to get a fight otherwise. Was disappointed that PL brought so many, but then again, it might not have gone so well for the defenders. Try not to worry about our isk situation, while I was down to 25 ships here yesterday, I did ship in 10 more last night. However if your really concerned, you can always loan us a couple of moons.  |

hehe.. run ? you don't fight unless 2to1 odds ? check all ya kb fleet engagements for details. We fight outnumbered nearly every fight, and still manage to win "some" as you say.. And as for our wallet we have 2 things funding pew, stealing caps off ya renters, and actually renting out your space helps , We will be here forever! |

Yes you did... and much respect for doing so. From perspective of normal fleet person... we have no idea going into the fight how many reds vs how many blues will end up being there: all we are doing is following orders. But you have to admit that our FC's did bring a classic hammer and anvil engagement to you. It was well executed. Hats off to them for working it out and hats off to you for fighting such odds. |
